眶周色素沉着（periorbital hyperpigmentation，POH）俗称黑眼圈，是临床上常见的一种面部美容问题，主要表现为两侧眼周区域圆形或半圆形的深色外观，呈棕色、深棕色或青紫色，边界不清[1]。因其让人产生一种“衰老”“疲惫”的观感，困扰着许多爱美女性。虽然市场上关于眼周美白的美容产品众多，多种光电技术也用于治疗黑眼圈，但治疗效果偏差较大，并没有完全解决临床需求。
观察艾维岚®在手部年轻化治疗中的临床效果。方法 选取2022年10月19日因手部软组织减少于我院就诊的2例患者为研究对象。研究选用艾维岚®进行手部注射填充治疗，2例患者均接受3次相同治疗，每次治疗间隔4周，一疗程注射后观察8周，随访观察每次治疗后的临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。
