目的 探讨聚左旋乳酸联合黄金超声炮在面部年轻化治疗中的应用效果。方法 选取2023年2月-4月于我院就诊的23例面部皮肤松弛伴毛细血管扩张患者为研究对象。所有患者采取聚左旋乳酸联合黄金超声炮进行治疗，比较治疗前后鼻唇沟及木偶纹严重程度评分、整体美学改善率、面部毛细血管扩张改善率、患者满意度及不良反应发生率。
