随着人们对衰老的逐步认识，可注射填充物和体积增强剂已成为人们对抗衰老的重要治疗选择。聚左旋乳酸（Poly-L-lacticacid，PLLA）作为一种临床常用的医美填充材料，具有很好的皮肤外观改善效果，目前应用广泛。

观察艾维岚®在治疗颈部衰老中的临床疗效，探讨应用艾维岚®改善颈部衰老的安全性。 方法 回顾性分析2021年8月-12月我院门诊部收治的颈部衰老44例患者临床资料，根据是否接受艾维岚®注射分为观察组和对照组，每组22例。观察组采用艾维岚®注射，对照组采用敷颈膜、穴位按摩、涂抹抗衰 老精华液基础抗衰疗法，比较两组皮肤衰老症状评分、临床疗效、不良反应发生情况。
